How many rooms would you like to book?

We offer a range of room configurations including Family rooms (Queen with a bunk), Triple rooms (Bunk & a single), Queen rooms, Triple Q (Queen with a single), Twin rooms, and a Double Bunk room. We will need to get in touch with you to finalise which rooms will best meet your needs. However, please give us an idea how many rooms you think you will need below.

We will provide you with your tax invoice as well as information about how you can pay. Your booking will be confirmed via email once payment is received.

Membership Fees *

I understand that member bookings cannot be accepted until membership fees have been paid. (If you are not a member, you do not have to pay membership fees. You may simply check the box to proceed.)

Booking and Cancellation Rules *

Damage Deposit *

I understand that if I'm booking the entire lodge privately, Charlotte Pass Snowbird Lodge Pty Ltd requires a damage deposit to be paid. This will total the cost of one nights stay.
