Snowbird Code of Conduct

  1. Members/Guests are responsible for the safety of their valuables, equipment and clothing while staying at Snowbird; the committee cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage of these items.
  2. Snowbird Lodge is a family friendly club lodge. Snowbird’s managers and staff are to be treated with respect at all times. The managers have absolute discretion as to the operations of the lodge.
  3. Fire escapes & extinguishers are clearly marked throughout the Lodge. Please familiarise yourself with their position and do not obstruct them at any time.
  4. No Ski Equipment is to be brought into any part of the lodge. Please use the Ski & Drying Room.
  5. Members/Guests are accountable for their children’s behaviour during their stay and will be required to pay for any damaged property. An adult must supervise children under the age of 4 at all times.
  6. In the Spa and Sauna room, an adult must supervise children under the age of 16 at all times.
  7. Any Member and/or Guest whose conduct is found by the Committee and managers to be unacceptable may have their bookings cancelled and/or refused future accommodation requests.
  8. The Committee reserves the right to accept or reject bookings at their discretion.
