Booking Policy


  1. Member’s yearly subscriptions must be paid before a member booking can be confirmed.
  2. Membership benefits are exclusive to the member’s partner and children (no matter of age). It does not include children’s partners and their children.
  3. Once the member priority booking period finishes, members no longer have priority over guests.
  4. During the member priority booking period a first in first booked procedure is in place, with A class shares holding priority over B class shares.
  5. All rates are based on twin share, otherwise a $400 single supplement applies.
  6. Children under the age of 4 must be accommodated in a room with their parents.
  7. All winter bookings require payment of a 10% non-refundable deposit to receive confirmation.
  8. NSW School Holiday bookings require full payment before confirmation.
  9. The Committee, at its discretion, may accept non-member bookings for low season weeks during the priority-booking period, If they believe members’ ability to secure accommodation for themselves and their guests will not be compromised.
  10. Regular stay bookings are from Saturday to Saturday.
  11. We accept part week or weekend booking requests but are unable to confirm until a month from check in date.
  12. Full week bookings are prioritised, with a minimum two-night stay required for part week bookings.
  13. Room requests cannot be guaranteed; though we will do everything we can to accommodate your needs.
  14. Check-in is 14:00. Check-out is 9:00.
  15. All accommodation rates are per person and include full board.
  16. A 20% discount is applied to any second week of accomodation booked within the same winter period.
  17. No lunch service is provided on Saturdays (due to change over of guests).
  18. The Snowbird Committee strongly recommend the purchase of travel insurance for your trip. No refund will be provided for a stay cut short by injury.
  19. Supplying details of dietary requirements before arrival is compulsory.
  20. Certain ingredients/allergens can be excluded from a meal. However, the lodge is unable to offer an allergen-free environment. Please ensure you are comfortable with implementing your anaphylaxis action plan. PLEASE BE SURE TO ALSO REVIEW OUR ALLERGY AND DIETARY REQUIREMENT POLICIES.


  1. All holding deposits paid for complete lodge bookings are non-refundable.
  2. Check-in is 15:00. Check-out is 10:00.
  3. All accommodation rates are per room with, a maximum capacity. Queen or Twin = 2 people & Family or Bunk = 4 people. This does not include 0-2 year olds.
  4. Children under the age of 4 must be accommodated in a room with their parents.
  5. All guests are expected to keep the communal guest kitchen clean and respect communal areas of the lodge during their stay.
