COVID-19 Information & Cancellation
We are committed to ensuring the health and safety of our guests, staff and the community.
Please check Charlotte Pass Snow Resort’s COVID-19 Policies before starting your trip.
COVID-19 Cancellation Policy
Should federal government restrictions prohibit the use of the ski fields and surrounding area operations, or a state border restriction or state government lockdown is in place on the date of your booked arrival, that does not allow the use of our accommodation then we will offer one of the following options for your booking:
a) a credit transfer to a future stay in this season or the 2022 winter season;
b) a full refund (minus credit card fees & charges already payed during booking).
If no government policies or border closures are in place at the date of your booked arrival and you still wish to cancel, you will be charged as per our standard cancellation and refund policies (see below).
As we cannot guarantee Charlotte Pass Snow Resorts policies are the same as Snowbird’s, this policy should be viewed as an addition to travel insurance as opposed to a replacement for it.
Our Standard Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your booking, please contact Ingrid on bookings@snowbird.com.au. We need to receive your cancellation in writing.
Depending on how early you cancel your booking we will refund the following amounts:
Full refund if you let us know 13 weeks or more before your booking.
50% refund if you let us know 8-12 weeks before your booking.
No refund with less than 8 weeks notice.
Refunds will not be issued to anyone who, once in residence, decides to shorten their stay.
We reserve the right to re-let rooms if the full balance of your accommodation is not paid at least 30 days prior to your check in date.
If extenuating circumstances do occur, refunds will be at the discretion of the Snowbird committee.
An administration fee of $50 will apply to all cancellations.
